Request window

Unless required otherwise by law, you may request a refund within [7] days of an initial purchase. Requests involving substantial use of digital content, repeat purchases, or suspected abuse may be ineligible.

Subscription cancellation

Canceling stops the next renewal. Access normally continues through the paid period, and cancellation does not automatically issue a refund.

How to request

Email support@linxiaocix.com from the purchasing address with the order date, amount, and reason. Approved refunds return to the original method; settlement time depends on the payment provider.
